SWEAT THE TECHNIQUE
A focus on the various techniques and mechanics of striking the ball. Whether its a striker working on types of finishes around the box, midfielders being crafty with their through balls, or defenders working on their long balls, these classes provide plenty of repetition and experiments to increase a players understanding and confidence.
Come join us every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday throughout the summer for soccer specific strength and conditioning. Sessions will begin at 7am and last for one hour. The session will include speed and agility, fitness and strength exercises, both with and without a ball. This is a community of players dedicated to getting better during the off-season.
